This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service

We want you to feel protected when visiting www.ellenfeiggray.com (the “Site”) and are committed to maintaining your privacy. All references herein to “you,” “your” or “user” refers to any person that accesses and/or uses the Site. All references herein to “we” or us” refer to Gray Matters Communications, Inc. d/b/a Parent with Perspective.

Confidentiality of Coaching and Consulting Sessions

Your privacy is extremely important to us. The trust placed in us by you is essential to our success. The information you disclose in telephonic and/or videophonic private coaching and/or consulting sessions is confidential. Please do not send any privileged or confidential information to us via e-mail. 

We may use or disclose the confidential information disclosed to us only when we feel an ethical obligation to do so or are required to do so by law. For example, we may disclose confidential information to appropriate authorities if we reasonably believe that you or someone else is a possible victim of abuse, neglect, or domestic violence or the possible victim of other crimes. In addition, we may disclose confidential information to the extent necessary to avert a serious threat to your health or safety or the health or safety of others. Other disclosures permitted or required by law include the following: disclosures to judicial and law enforcement officials in response to a court order or other lawful process; in the event of a medical emergency, emergency personnel or services providers may be given necessary information; in the event you reveal the contemplation or commission of a crime or harmful act; or as otherwise authorized by law.

Personal information

“Personal Information” means information that alone or when in combination with other information may be used to readily identify, contact, or locate you, such as name, address, email address, or phone number. 

We may collect Personal Information from users when users subscribe to our newsletter, fill out a form, or in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. We may disclose your Personal Information to service providers that help us provide services to you. For example, we may disclose your e-mail to a service provider such as MailChimp to send out a newsletter. If our company or our assets are acquired by another company, that company will possess the Personal Information collected by us and it will assume the rights and obligations regarding your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy. 

We may access, preserve, and disclose your Personal Information and other information, if we believe doing so is required or appropriate to do any of the following: comply with law enforcement requests and legal process, such as a court order or subpoena; respond to your requests; or to protect the safety of yourself of others. 

Non-Personal identification information

We may collect non-personal identification information about users whenever they interact with our Site. We may also track data such as the total number of visits to the Site, and the number of visitors to each page of the Site. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any identifying Personal Information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates, advertisers or third parties for marketing or research purposes. The Site collects and stores information that is generated automatically as you use it, including your preferences and anonymous usage statistics. The Site may allow you to share information, including Personal Information, with social networking websites, such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. We do not share your Personal Information with them unless you direct the Site to share it. Their use of the information will be governed by their privacy policies and terms. 

 Children’s Privacy

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use Personal Information from children under 18 years of age, and no part of the Site is directed to children under the age of 18.  If you learn that your child has provided us with Personal Information without your consent, you may alert us at ellen@elleenfeiggray.com.

By choosing to visit the Site or otherwise provide information to us, you agree that any dispute over privacy or the terms contained in this Privacy Policy will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the adjudication of any disputes arising in connection with us or the Site will be in accordance with the Terms of Use.
